Charese McLean has 25+ years working with staff and families (in various roles) in school districts and community organizations. Charese has experience in designing and implementing a Two-Generational Family Literacy program (which had a 100% retention rate). She assisted with developing the first Parent Ambassador Program in Flint, Michigan which Charese also managed. Ms. McLean is skilled at meeting people where they are, peeling back layers to uncover greatness, and establishing neutral spaces in order to move forward. Charese McLean will assist you with developing a stategic plan for success!
